The food was a letdown. It showed up cold and tasted bland, which was disappointing on its own. What made it more frustrating was being told there wasn’t much they could do because of their policy. I get that places have rules, but it felt like an excuse instead of actually trying to make it right.

We had a really nice stay here. The room was comfy and clean, and I especially appreciated how soft the bed was after a long day out. The pool was definitely a highlight too, good size, well kept, and a fun place to hang out for a while. There were also plenty of food options nearby, which made it easy to grab something without having to plan too much. The only downside was that it felt crowded over the weekend, especially around the pool area, but overall we still had a great time

I used to enjoy spending a night at the Okada Manila casino, but this last visit was a letdown. The floor felt way more crowded than before, and the machines seemed tighter than I remember, so it was hard to relax and have fun.

The staff weren’t rude or anything, but they didn’t seem very helpful when I had a couple of basic questions. Drinks also took ages to arrive. I ended up leaving earlier than planned, and sadly, it doesn’t feel like a place I’d rush back to anytime soon.

I tried using okadamanila.com for a little while, but something about it just felt off to me. A few pages seemed to load strangely, and after maybe a couple of minutes I didn’t feel great about entering my personal details. The security info wasn’t very clear, at least from what I could tell, and support didn’t really answer my concerns in a way that helped. I ended up just leaving it alone

We didn’t have the best experience as a family. The kids felt unwelcome the whole time, which made it hard to relax and enjoy ourselves. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive, constant messages and warnings that felt more stressful than helpful. I wouldn’t really recommend it if you’re coming with children.

The room was really clean, which I appreciated. Nothing fancy to point out, but it felt well taken care of and comfortable.

We went mostly for the shows and nightlife, and had a fun night. The fountain show was cool to see in person, and between the casino and live music we didn’t really get bored. That said, some of the drinks and seating prices felt a bit much, so it’s not exactly a budget night. Still, I’m glad we went and would say it’s worth checking out.

I was trying to book through the website, but it keep freezing on me and my booking never actually went through. I thought it was worked at one point, but nope, nothing got confirmed. Frustrating experience.

Getting to Okada Manila was more trouble than it was worth. The traffic around the area was awful, and it felt like we had to keep forcing ourselves to be patient just to get there. It’s far from everything, and if you don’t have your own car, it’s not convenient at all. Even waiting for a taxi took forever. Just based on the location and hassle alone, I don’t think I’d go back.

For some reason, check-in was really slow and kind of all over the place. The staff were polite, but nobody really explained what was going on, so we were just standing around waiting after an already tiring trip. It definitely wasn’t the best first impression.

A friend recommended this place to me, so I was expecting a bit more. The room itself was fine and comfortable enough, but check-in took way too long and the staff seemed confused about what was going on. I also thought the food was overpriced for what it was. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think it lived up to the hype for me

My first impression of Okada Manila was really good, especially when we walked into the room. It felt spacious, clean, and comfortable right away. The bed was cozy, the sheets felt fresh, and the bathroom was a nice size. I also really liked having the tub, and the view from our room made the stay feel a bit more special.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few little things stood out after settling in, like some marks on the furniture and the aircon taking a while to cool the room. Nothing major though, and it didn’t ruin the stay. Overall, it was still a nice experience and I’d be happy to book again.

I reached out to Okada Manila through their website because I had a question about my booking, it ended up being more stressful than it should’ve been.

It took a long time to get a reply, and when someone finally responded, it didn’t feel like they actually read what I sent. I had to explain the same thing again, which made me feel ignored.

For a place like Okada Manila, I expected the customer service to be a lot better. The website looks polished, but the support experience was really disappointing
